Community Engagement

An annual meeting of homeowners is scheduled in late January — January 22 in 2025 — to elect members of the Waters Ridge Condominium Association Board of Directors and conduct other community business. The Board of Directors meets at 6:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month except January, and the meetings are open to all homeowners.
