Community Engagement

An annual meeting of homeowners is scheduled in January to elect members of the Waters Ridge Condominium Association Board of Directors and conduct other community business. The Board of Directors meets at 6:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month except January, and the meetings are open to all homeowners.
